- 01 Live · Property · England RentRight Kit One place for landlords to understand, organise and stay on top of the things that matter. The problemLandlords are expected to keep track of documents, certificates, deposits, deadlines, compliance and constantly changing requirements. The information exists, but it is scattered, and for someone who doesn’t work in property every day, knowing what you actually need to do can feel overwhelming. Who it’s forPrivate landlords in England who want to get things right, and the letting agents who look after them. What it doesA practical toolkit: the documents, checklists and guidance a landlord needs, kept current with the law and organised so you know what to do and when. Why I made itI spent years in lettings and saw the same problem from the inside. Not complicated property software, just a really good toolkit for getting things right. Planning, routines, supplements, skincare and habits in one calm place, on your phone and your laptop. The problemLife is spread across reminders, calendars, lists, routines and notes. Planners for your week, apps for your reminders, different places for all the little things you want to remember, and the plan itself lives in your head. Who it’s forPeople who want structure without turning their life into a productivity project. What it doesBrings planning, routines, life admin and the things that help you stay on track into one clear place. Photograph a supplement bottle and it reads the label, slots it into your day and pauses what it already covers. Works offline, and your plan syncs between your devices. Why I made itI kept thinking there should be one beautiful place to organise the things that make up everyday life. Not another app that gives you more to manage. 03 In the workshop · Food intelligence Food Intelligence You tell it what matters to you. It understands what’s in your food. It helps you decide what to eat, what to buy and what to avoid. The problemA food intolerance report tells you what to avoid, then leaves you to work out the rest: what can I actually eat, what’s in this, what do I buy, what do I cook, why am I still reacting? The same is true of any diet, allergy or goal. The information is never the hard part. Using it is. Who it’s forAnyone with a rule about food: intolerances, allergies, gluten- or dairy-free, vegan, keto, low-sodium, a nutrition goal, or three of those at once. You tell it “this is me” and it works from there. What it doesUpload a report or build your profile by hand. Scan a barcode in the supermarket and it answers the only question that matters: is this right for me? Meal plans and shopping lists built from your profile, and alternatives when something doesn’t fit. Decision support, not diagnosis. Why I made itIt started with a problem I experienced myself. Getting a report gave me information, but not answers. I wanted something that could turn a complicated report into something practical, so I started imagining it. The studio
Every product startswith a problem.
TESAVA didn’t begin with a plan to build a collection of apps. It began with noticing things that shouldn’t be as difficult as they are.
- A rental industry full of information that ordinary landlords struggle to navigate.
- A life that needs five different systems to stay organised.
- A shelf of medicines and supplements that are hard to keep track of.
- A food report that tells you what’s wrong, but not what to do next.
Different problems. Different people. Different products. One instinct: make it better.
