How TESAVA handles your details
The short version
- If you send us an idea, we collect your name, your email address and what you write about the idea. We use them to read your idea and reply to you about it.
- We do not sell your details, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
- tesava.co.uk sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tracking.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@tesava.co.uk.

What we collect and why

The form also has a hidden field that catches automated spam. Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, in an idea.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers, who handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Netlify, Inc. hosts tesava.co.uk and receives and stores the idea form submissions.
- Google provides the email service we use to read and answer email sent to hello@tesava.co.uk.
- Porkbun runs our domain and forwards email sent to tesava.co.uk addresses to that email service.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface this website uses. To show it, your browser fetches the font from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
Some of these providers are based in, or store information in, the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU to US Data Privacy Framework, as offered by each provider.
We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep an idea, and the details sent with it, for as long as we are talking to you about it and for up to two years after our last contact. After that we delete it. If TESAVA goes on to build your idea, we keep your contact details for as long as we need them to give you the product free, as the form promises. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it or to ask us to limit it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. To use any of these rights, email hello@tesava.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
tesava.co.uk does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
